black outs for 3rd gen headlights?
could someone point me in the right direction for black outs for third gen headlights. i have seen them before and they look bada$$.

i made my own. i had a local stencil company cut out squares big enough to cover each of the 4 headlights. i then used velcro to stick them to my headlights. looks good, unique, and can't fall off, was only about 7 dollars for all the stuff. i wish i had a picture scanned in to show you but i don't, it really does look smooth

I agree that the black out headlights do look ugly on some cars, depending on the color. What I did with mine was have them painted to the same color as my Z. I saw this on a silver camaro in I believe it was Super Chevy magazine. As for it falling off, I got 4 strips of aluminum metal and used them as retainers. I opened the hood and bent and shaped the alumimum to the countour of the frame just behind the headlights. Then I used that super strong epoxy that comes in a dual tube and glued them down to the headlight covers. This way I can always remove them if I want to. My painted headlight covers are for show only anyway.
