May issue of Super Chevy!!

i got it today in the mail, and theres a sweet looking blue 89 iroc convertible on the cover. it has colorado customs 17" wheels that look like the american racing TT2's. nice car, and they did a ZZ4 swap into a 3rd gen. im so happy to see 3rd gen getting respect.

That is definitely a sweet looking car and it is nice to see Super Chevy running a feature on a thirdgen.

Car: 1990 IROC-Z (De-Badged-Carbon Hood)
Engine: Superram 383
Transmission: T-56 w/upgraded Viper Internals
Axle/Gears: 3.73 18x8 and 18x11 irocs
Yeah....it's ok looking....but it has
no Interior and the rims look kinda crappy,
and the tires are too large (look how they
are bulging over the rim). Other wise the
engine is probably the best thing on that
car.

I think that car is awesome as well, but they did not cover it enough. If its on the cover i figure there should be a few more than 2 pages on it and more pics than that.

I don't know if he saw my Camaro before he did his or not (mine has been around in the same basic form since '93/'94), but if not its great to know that great minds think alike He even used the same Billet Specialties "Eagle" steering wheel as me, and I've never seen another thirdgen with one in all the years since I did mine. Definately a keeper!

yeah, super chevy should have covered it more. thats why i dont like that magazine too much, not enough coverage or pics. i would love to see the interior a little more clearer, and a view of the rear of the car.

for all i know, it could be totalled in the back and dented up, or different color paint
