I've struggled with crosslace wheels long enough. I've discovered a cure and was wondering if anyone else has any bright ideas. If your crosslace wheels are grimy/dirty/encrusted with brake dust, cry no more over your hard-to-clean beauties. Just try Pro 409 Automotive. It took me 10 minutes to clean the rims. Just spray and come back later and spray it off with water. Clean and dust free. Later.

Thanks for the tip, I'm nearing the end of my bottle of Eagle-1. Looks like its time for a change.

Not advertising, just amazed at how much easier and better this method is than the old "get a tooth brush and start scrubbing method". I have a 92 firebird with 15-inch crosslace wheels also and never used anything but dawn and a toothbrush on em. I don't know if anything elso would work better than the 409 stuff, that's why I'm asking about alternatives. I'm also not too sure if the 409 is too abrasive. Any suggestions or comments?
