depends on if thats the only chrome you have. If you have other things to go with it like rims or other motor parts keep it chrome. If thats the only thing thats chrome, paint it.

if theres a lot of chrome on the engine...........leave it chrome then. I think it would look goofy chrome motor.....black scoop.
