Wheel Cleaner

What do all you appearance experts recommend for a wheel cleaner. Also, is it true that you can't wax a newly painted car. I heard it really messes it up. Thanks.

my body shop guy said not to do it for like 3-5 months because the paint needs to set.. It needs to breath, and waxing it doesn't allow it to breath.. I waxed it after 3 months.. it's ok.. but don't do it right away or it will peel.. so I've been told

I've scoured the globe looking for a wheel cleaner that lives up to it's claims. I get heavy brake dust deposits for some odd reason, and washing just won't do it. I've tried 50+ different wheel cleaner, and the only one I've found to work is "Mothers Aluminum & Mag Polish" which you can find from any Pep Boys/Autozone store. For me, it works better than any exotic wheel cleaner, it literally makes the rims look brand-spanking new with a deep polished finish. I love it! Hope this help.

The only stuff that I have found to work is the Meguires Hot Rims. It works on any thing. My friend likes to use Mag 1 Rim cleaner it's only for the rough finished alluminum.
