Rear spoiler
Just wondered what people think of my new spoiler.I managed to smash my rear hatch glass and had to put one on off a '84 t/a i was breaking but it did not have the metal bits on frame to fit gta spoiler so i bought the cheapest i could find off e bay.co.uk.I know some will think it is too *****'ish but i don't think it looks too bad.I have been thinking about buying some rear silencers but again think they may look to much *****,but they are cheap and i can't get anything close to that price here in England.
Something like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/3-5-D...QQcmdZViewItem
Not sure what they would sound like though on a V8,other than that i will wait until my car has passed its mot and then i will just remove muffler to make it louder.

Dude, Im gonna make a lot of people angry by saying this, and I normally HATE goofy high-rise "custom" rice spoilers...
But that actually doesnt look half bad. Get a 3/4 shot from the front of the car so I/we can see how it looks with the rest of the car...
Reminds me of something off a touring car...

It's not too bad. It as the previous poster stated, it does look like something off a touring car.

ya dude check out borla or magnaflow, something like that for tips. Those are for an import, and no tips are definitly better then import tips.
As far as the spoiler man, find a stock one, pay whatever it costs to get one on your car.

I'm sorry, but that's friggan awful! Please don't do that to your 'Bird! Especially that exhaust piece! If you add that along with that wing you can kiss any respect you'd get from 99% of the people on this site bye bye.

sorry, don't like it. Not just saying that cuz it looks like a ***** wing, I would admit if it looked ok. I don't think it fits the car, tho.

For the love of all that is holy, take that spoiler off and find a stock one. Those things should never see a V8 car, ever. Just my .02.

Hi from across the pond! Looks better black for sure but a little too tacky for my taste. I'm all for different things (quite frankly sick of the same thirdgen stuff) but like many have said it just doesn't fit the car IMO.

I'm still with InfernalVortex on this one...I think it looks ok. If you are looking for the touring car type of look. Like off one of those rally cars. It's really not bad (Lived in Germany for 4 years) from my perspective. The dixie flag on the lisense place is a nice touch too.
Bottom line is...do you like it?

The spoiler is going to be staying on for now at least as used gta ones are not that easy to get over here and they are very heavy compared to the one fitted.I think it looks ok but i am in agreement with the guys that say the rounded side pieces don't quite look right.I am going for a bit of a race look,as you can tell from interior, but at first i was going for a smokey & the bandit look.Don't see the problem with the plate,is it a racism thing as i know some class the flag as racist but its the same over here with the england flag, thats classed as racist, people need to get a life, anyway its only a show flag as the car needs a genuine lisence plate to go on road.As far as being a muscle car there are plenty of pontiac lovers out there who would disagree and would look down on third gens.Theres nothing wrong with ricers if they are done right and a lot of them will **** all over most standard trans ams/camaros.As for the borla exhaust its too expensive at moment as i am building my bike into a streetfighter style bike so need cash for that too, think i will wait till car is back on road then just remove muffler and have straight through pipe.

And I Think that tag is just the Georgia state flag....
How in the hell did that end up on a car in England?

Georgia state flag from 1956-2002

It was a bandit thing,my favourite movies,i like all 3 films even number 3 which everyone knocks but i thought was just as good as others, although if i had to choose one it would be the first bandit film.I prefer 2nd gen TAs but they are such rotboxes that i got fed up of keep doing bodywork on them, but one day i may be able to afford a good one.

I'm not a huge fan of the wing, but it does look better painted body color. Most ricers seem to prefer leaving their body mods unpainted as if to say, "Gee, look at all the cool stuff I've done to my car!" So you get props for that at least.
