How do I get waterspots off of my iroc centercaps?

Engine: GM Crate ZZZ HO 350, Edelbrock head
Transmission: Rebuilt 700r4 all TransGo and Beast
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt with 3.73 gears
How do I get waterspots off of my iroc centercaps?
Any suggestions, they look permanant

Any kind of plastic polish should do the trick unless they are horribly bad.
Cars lookin' good man, the IROC wheels look alot better than the old ones.
