Does anyone know where to pick up wire mesh for an 85 and up front grill? I found wire in local dept. stores, but its the holes are too big and it would look terrible. I am just tired of my regular slotted grill. My car is black cherry pearl now, despite what my sig shows, so I wanted to paint the mesh black. I think that would look sick. I want to fab it up so that it mounts flush with the front of the nose piece so it doesnt sit back in the nose. Anyone seen or done this.

 

You can try McMaster Carr...not sure on the spelling or some place like that. they have a pretty wide variety of mesh styles and gauges...you'll need to know what dimensions you want, how thick of wire, etc.
