How to post a pic?

I need to post a pic here that I have saved onto a disk but I am clueless on how to do it. Any helpers?

Well this guy e-mailed me a pic of these wheels he wanted to sell me and I saved the pic onto a disk. I want a photoshop guy to try to put the wheel on a black Maro like mine. What can I do?
