they are just GTA wheels , that come in black they are the factory wheels

Tom, I can tell you that the CI wheels are the 1988-92 style. I have a set on my 1988 GTA, and they are the style you show in the first photo above.....

Here's a photo of my car's rims:

You can clearly see the later-style "dimples".
