i think it would be cool if the cowl was a bit smaller it to big for my tast but could be a good idea

That is the first thought that came to my mind as well when i saw it, it looks like he just bought a scoop and molded it to a cowled hood. Its not really my taste either, just thought it was interesting

Bit similar to a project I was working on. My idea was more combining a Jongblod looking hood with the ram air intake opening resembling the Mustang ones, ie a bit more forward.
I'll get back to project shortly, since I now have the stock Z28 fiberglass hood,so I just gotta do the mold, fiberglass the big center piece, cut the center part out of the hood, and fiberglass the edge. After that flip it upside down, extend/redo the stock rectangular reinforcements, and there we go.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that does not care for it. I don't like cowls that big, and the scoop seems too far back on the hood if you ask me.

I think it looks pretty cool. Wouldn't look right on a stock car, but with aftermarket wheels it would probably look bad as..
