That First Picture Makes me sick.... Makes me Want to Start painting mine! Is that Bright Red or Orange? Single stage?? I Bought Some Single Stage Urethane candy Red, alittle bit darker than yours I think, pictures can deceive alittle. I love that Color you got... cant stop lookin back at it hahaha

 

One of my favs that I 4got I had..

 

It's actually 74u Victory Red. 5 coats of base matched with 6 coats of clear.

Here is a picture of my '88 iroc. Just got it painted and is still a work in progress. It might take a whie to finish the car how i want it since I am on an 18 yr old budget and time between work and college but i think it is coming out nicely so far

Upload your pictures to an image hosting site like http://tinypic.com/, then copy the link that has the [img] [/img] tag surrounding it and then paste it onto the post you're making.

What primer did you use? I was going for that look for my car, it looks good!

 

Maybe we can post pics of wallpaper quality? some of these are just pics of peoples cars in primer etc.. I dont know about you, but I dont want wallpaper of projects. Not to dis anyone's car, but not the purpose of the thead

 

honestly i forget it wasnt cheap tho, i did it all in a paint booth and everything, the primer looks horible now bc its been over a year since it was done,

u want it to look good, i forget who makes it but its called hotrod black, its a semi gloss black paint that doesnt fade quick like primer and is washable, its legit paint not primer, thats what i would use

my iroc is going to be the original maroon/red, or black, or the blue that my 90 rs was, i havnt decided yet

 

Dang, I'm going for rat rod look not hot rod lol.

 

The pictures that i posted are high-quality, not sure if the size is correct tho.
