Only difference visiually is inside where the passenger dash is. The 91's have a camaro emblem while the 92' have the 25th anniversary emblem.
Of course if the 92 has the heritage package, you can definitely tell. It has the racing stripes, 25th anniversary emblem on the back drivers side, colormatched front grill.
Hope this helps!!!

only the RS's have the "CAMARO" emblem on the dash, the 91 Z28's have a "Z28" emblem there.
If its not a Z03 heritage edition car then about the only difference is going to be the "25th Anniversary" emblem on the back hatch, and the anniversary emblem on the dash.

the emblem on the back hatch is only for the heritage packages, otherwise only the dash insignia says 25th anniversary; also, with these stripe packages, the grills were also painted in some instances. other than that there identical except the 92's will bring about 500-1000 more depending on the shape an options.
