OK...guys and gals dont call me rice and lets not get started but i would like to get EVERYONES opinions on some thigs. first how would clear taillight lenses look on a dark (black, blue, etc.) 3rd gen look, how would white gauges look in a grey or blak interior, does everyone like blue lights on the dark cars, ground effects? how aboput 16" 5 spoke chrome rims?? should i get 60 series whte letter tires?? if i had a cowl hood would hood pins make it look better or worse? and would a small spoiler look good plus maybe a lebra?? and finally should i oput rubber racing pedals on it remember its a third gen camro prolly black or blue in color with a black or grey interior. juss looking for suggestions to make my ride look even better. plese respond with anything!!!!!!!! THANX!!!!!

i am a big fan of the blue light on thirdgens. I think it gives our cars the aggressive street racer look thT GES A LOT OF ATTENTION. i HAVE PIAA SUPER WHIT LIGHTS IN ALL OF MY BLINKERS AND SIDE MARKERS. sYLVANIA MAKES A COL BLUE SEALED BEAM HEADLIGHT THAT FITS OUR CARS. THE WHIT FACED GAUGES ARE ANOTHER GREAT THING TO HELP SPRUCE UP YOUR CABIN. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THE WHITE LETTERS ON THE TIRES. i HAVE 17'S ON MINE AND THEY LOOK TIGHT. fILLS UP THE WHEEL WELL PERFECT. aLSO STAY AWAY FROM THE BRA. mAYBE JUST FOR TRIPS TO SAVE YOUR PAINT BUT THAT IS ALL. rACING INS LOOK GOOD ON A RACING CAR. DO WHAT YOU WANT, ITS YOUR CAR. POST UP SOEM PICS WHEN YOU GET STUFF DONE.

well, I agree on the bright lights and I deffinately agree to stay away from the bra. dirt gets trapped under it and can easily scratch the paint. The white face gauges look good in both grey and black interiors. If you get a wing, I'd recomend the Z28 high-rise spoiler, most others look gawdy and out of place. For rims, go to your local tire shop, most around here have a computer program that can show you what the car will look like with a certain color, rims and tires, on some you can even lower the car.

btw white letter tires on 15" are cool. not on 16" nobody makes them. once though, I saw a pics of a yellow iroc with those goodyear eagle #1 nascar style tires on them. and they were yellow letter tires and 16". they looked cool. but I think only because it was a yellow iroc.

 

No to the clear tail light lenses, Yes to the white gauge faces, Blue lights are illegal on a vehicle in Ohio unless it's a police vehicle, Yes to the 16" wheels (not chrome, just my personal preference), No to the RWL tires (unless they are on anything below an RS), Yes to the hood pins on any hood, No to any spoiler other than factory, HELL NO to the bra (bras have their place, but it is not on the front end of a car), No to the pedals. (just not my bag that's all)

Of course these are all just my opinions, so take them at that, then do what you like. It is, after all, your car, and should be built to please you and no one else.
