If the car has nice paint a cover(any brand/price)on a car stored outdoors is a bad idea no matter what the company tells you.Now if its just to protect a project or short term any good cover will do.

yeah, i've heard bad stories about covers flapping in the wind rubbing nice paint jobs out.

i would say buy one of those tent/garageinabox deals, but thats not a good idea if you live in a place that gets strong winds or heavy snow falls. i had one for about a month after buying my camaro before strong wind gusts pulled the stakes out of the ground. luckily my camaro wasn't it. I'm also lucky it didn't blow out of my yard. I'm unlucky because it slammed against my 2001 Silverado leaving a nice long dent above the windshield on the driver side and putting a nice dent on the crease in the hood. I'm also unlucky because i was out $210.

i should have listened to my mom when she told me it was a bad idea to buy one with the winds we get.
