Well I'm going with the "blistered" 91-92 Z28 hood on mine. I'll have pics up once I get the panint job done. A small cowl hood or the louvered hood would also look good.

WELL MY "WAS" A SC BUT NOW I HAVE SO MANY PARTS FROM Z's AND IROC I DON'T KNOW. ANY HOOD WILL LOOK GOOD ON YOUR SC JUST BECAUSE IT IS A CAMARO. IF YOU LIKE IT NO ONE CAN COMPLAIN BECAUSE IT'S YOUR CAR.

IMO any type of Cowl Induction hood (except those ugly a$$ Daytona hoods) would look best.

'86 Camaro SC 2.8 V6, 5spd, T-Tops
Mods:

(Performance)
Flowmaster cat back exhaust

(Non-Performance)
Pioneer DEH-P4000 CD receiver head unit

Blacked out tail lights and side markers (VHT
Nightshades spray tint)

I think the cowl induction style, in use since 1969, are by far the sharpest scoops. They are very cool, in an understated way, and simply fit the lines of the car without calling attention to themself.

Kenwood cassette, Pioneer 6x4 component front speakers
Rockford Fosgate 6x9 Punch rear speakers

NOW "BADBOWTIE" THAT WAS NOT NICE. EVERYONE HAS A RIGHT TO THEIR OPINION AND A RIGHT TO THEIR OWN TASTE. SOMEONE STILL LIKES THE DAYTONA HOOD BECAUSE AT LEAST 3 COMPANIES STILL MAKE AND SELL THEM. I GET TONS OF COMPLIMENTS ON MY DAYTONA HOOD. WITH THE DAYTONA IT DEPENDS ON THE COLOR OF THE CAR. THEY SEEM TO LOOK BEST ON THE DARK COLORED VEHICLES. "ADAM87" YOU HAVE TO BUY THE ONE THAT YOU LIKE, THE HOOD THAT YOU CAN AFFORD AND THE ONE THAT LOOKS BEST ON YOUR CAR IN YOUR OPINION, NOT OURS BECAUSE YOU DIVE THAT CAR EVERYDAY, NOT US.
