rear hatch window precut tint kits

have a 84 z28 and would like to tint the rear glass. Does anyone have experience with some of the precut tint kits. Which ones are good, difficult to apply, etc. thanks.

I have never done the pre cut one but i used the Gila you can get at AutoZone. I would asume the pre cut ones would be al little eaiser since its cut alreay. I helped my freind put it on his car and if you take yoiur time and go slow it looks great almost like the pros but i sugest having a freind with yiou to help casue it can get annoying i was thinking about getting the precut ones to do my trans am with so let me know if yoiu like it hope this helps a little

If you don't have much or any experience applying tint then that is the way to go. I've tinted nearly all of my vehicles in the past 15 years except for the F-bodies...I pay someone else to deal with that headache. That giant rear window is a major PITA. Even most pros have a little trouble with them unless they've done alot of them.
