Advise on cleaning up a car real good without damaging the paint or primer

The paint is pretty bad all over and it needs to be pressure washed but I got a feeling it would just rip the paint all to hell. Also should you not put pressure to the bondo? I am planning on doing the rustolium roll job within a few months but just want to clean things up first and its got a good bit of grime to take off.

I wouldn't worry about it ! I dealt with my deteriorating paint and saved my money to get a real one. It looks worse to me to rattlecan the car, plus thats time and money that could have gone towards a nice paint job . I am glad my husband is painting my car and I was patient because it is nice! Just my opinion....
