Transmission: 700R4/4L60 same trans different name

will these tires fit??

i just bought a set of 1991 Z28 wheels and was wondering if da the tires from the stock 15 inch RS wheels can be stretched to fit them temporarilily, cuz i am on a budget and very f*c*i* drunck write know.......

You cannot stretch 15" tires to fit 16" wheels. Even if it could be physically done, it would be very dangerous and you'd probably never find a tire shop that would even do it.
