louvers
louvers or no louvers i just found new in box never installed rear louvers, 85-88 firebird with wraparound spoiler. with it saying 85-88, it must have been bought in 1988. should i use them or is it a old 80s look

Its YOUR car, if you like the louvers then its a great idea, if you dont like them sell them. You'll get mostly "yucks" in here, IMO they look good on certain colored cars. Its all what you like, dont let others opinions stop you!

TBH, I always liked the look of louvers on thirdgens.
I decided against getting any for mine though because one day I am hell bent on getting a notchback and they will then become useless. But like others have said, if you want to paint a teletubby on your hood It's YOUR car. Do what YOU like!

seriously though, its your car, lay them on the hatch and do a few walk-arounds on the car and see how you feel they look. If they look good to you, keep them, if not, let me know and I might take them off your hands since I'm looking for some too...
