I have a 92 RS with the 16 in alloy rims

mine always look hazed over how in the heck to i fix this?

Id say that your clear coat is shot. I would strip off the old clearcoat, polish them up, go over them with mother's or equally as good aluminum polish and then just repolish every month or two. You cando a search and find lots of old posts on polishing aluminum.
