Chrome valve cover caps?
Chrome valve cover caps?
I have found a set of valve covers that are chrome caps. They fit over the exsiting covers. I was wondering if you put these on if you can see the other valve cover underneath? This seems like an easier way to install them. I just replaced the gaskets, and it was a PITA to keep them in place while tryin to get the covers on. So this would be easier, but would it look as good as replacing the cover itself with a chrome alternative?

doesnt sound like the greatest plan in the world but it definitely sounds easier. If they are cheap then buy em and try em out. if its ugly throw them away or sell them in the classifieds.
