How cheap is cheap? You could always get a K&N Airfilter... thats the most common first mod I would think.

Yeah how cheap is cheap? I mean you can plane the TBI if you have TB ($20- $30), Put the injector wire on the back (free), get a flat base open air element ($20-$30) Headers depending on whut you want. Hedman headers with AIR set up cost me $300. High Flow cat ($100) Flowmaster Muffler ($80). Also lighter is better.....drop the spare. Oh yeah and a Torque converter lock up switch (free) Hope this helps.
