I want to repaint my rims but I have two questions how do I get the little trim piece that goes around the spokes off (highlighted)? and two I was reading in the classic industries catalog on different paint colors is this Nevada silver? Ok Ok three questions I forgot one how are those silly

On those particular rims, I'm preeetty sure the center caps have tabs that hold them to the lug nuts..
But then again i have Firebird rims so wtf do i know?

The center caps are held in place by a spring clip ring thingy (yeah, very technical name I know) that sits inside the cap. The unfortunate thing is that these caps attach differently than the similar alloy-looking ones

does it matter what style of lug nuts I have I bought a set of nice black powder coated ones. any idea you guys on how to get the trim thingy's (same technical name) from around the spokes
