pics of headlight covers
i want to put clear headlight covers on my 90. it's black and i plan to use the crystal clear 4"X6"s. does anyone have a pair of the covers and some pics? how do they attach and how do they fit? i was going to get these, they're $59.00

A friend of mine put those on his Z28 years ago. They attached at the bottom by drilling slots into the headlight pocket (permanent damage to your nose). They arent watertight so you will get water and steam in there. Personally not something I would do.

I made my own covers and fasten with 1/4 turn fasteners. Will not fly off at any speed.

Home Depot. I used the 1/4" plexiglass.

That first pic I had pilot foglights installed as headlights. I made holes in the fiberglass header panel and bolted the foglights in place of the headlights. I made plastic frames around the foglights.

i had them on mine years ago, one flew off on the highway and i never replaced them
