Painting The Front Bumper
Jus Got A New Front Bumper And Was Wondering The Type And Grits Of Paper You Would Use To Start Sanding It Down....Thanks

Finish with a 180 or 220...I prefer finishing with a finer 220 grit. Prime and paint. You basically don't want to be too smooth or too course...too smooth paint may not stick/bond as well, too course and well, sanding lines can bleed through.

Does the bumper have spider cracks?You will need to use 180 to sand them out then you will need primer.Then you can either block with 180 and reprime or sand with 320,400, and 600 wet and then paint.
Be sure to get some adhesion promoter for any raw plastic areas.

thanks for the help guys ill post up a couple pics when im done with it jus really wasnt sure about that plastic the bumper is in waaay too good of shape for me to ruin it thanks again
