Decals for Chuck
Chuck, have you had the idea of red decals thrown at you yet? I went to look at a maroon IROC 'vert yesterday and it had the red IROC decals. This was a really rare option, and the decals don't show up nearly as much as the gold or silver.
If I can find a pic somewhere I'll put it up.

What made me think of it is that there's an 88 Vert that's been on jack stands in a guys yard for 2 years. I planned on making him an offer come fall. The other day I happened to see it parked in the front row of a dealership/mechanic. I had my dad run down to see if it was repo'd or what. Turns out it's getting worked on.
. The guy must have finally saved the money to fix whatever was wrong with it. I know this car is going to get torn up by this clown too.

Jim,
I feel your pain, there is a kid in the next town over from me that has a "decent" looking 85iroc, its viper blue(yes repainted) and in ok shape. He is beating the crap out of it. They hooked nitrous up to it.. blew the entire air intake assemble to peices, blew one of the louvers APART, and threw the MAF sensor away and put an open element K&N on it!
I was like WTF... Oh well, not much I can do about it. I asked if I could hook my Diacom up to it and he said yea sure what the hell. So I hooked it up and got about 5-6SES codes from the computer!...
The only thing I asked him was how is the gas milage
Brendan

That car belongs to Stephen Cavallo in Boston. This was the only picture I saw posted of his on iroc-z.com in the 88 section. His last known email address was RuMIROCZ@aol.com
I also found this one on another site.
