Never seen em anywhere yould be a custom fab piece, make up a template and hit up a local place that deals with aluminum see if you can buy a piece of scrap that size(shop i work at i can get a scrap hunk of aluminum 5x5ft for under 10 bucks) cut her out and get some hollywoods metal polish and go to town..

haha i noticed the engine first then i saw the stainless, Im prtty sure you can find a local metal place that has stainless steel, just make a template for em. Im thinkin some thin wood would do a good job on a template, I can remember the name of the type of wood to use, but its really thin and you can get straight lines out of it. Im not really sure but on this one it looks like he isnt using a hood latch, just the pins, if you want the latch dont forget to cut it out for it
