Well heres a couple of pics with my red neons on. There not the best though, i tried it with the flash on and off. Still have to figure out how to take pictures of them at night.

Nice neons, man. 
I know from personal 
experience that pics really don't do them justice unless you photoshop or work real hard at getting the correct lighting.
the best idea i've thought of so far is to go to a used car dealer with an open lot at night, that way the large spotlights would show off the car itself and the relative darkness on the ground would show the neons.
