'91 z28 body problems
i'm checkin out this '91 z28 and on the front driver side fender there is damage and its been fixed by bondo but you can see a couple screws on it? what are these screws and will i have to buy a whole new fender? or can it be fixed by a body shop?

www.goodmarkindustries.com sells new fenders for $70. You'd waste more than that having a body shop piddle around with more bondo. I'd rather spend $70 a new part, Imo.
