ive had my 86 Z28 clone for about 9 months and ive noticed that the front end is pretty high off the ground for a sports car. in fact the whole body is kinda high. i do have the z28 gfx incase you were wondering. Ive seen some pics of thirdgen camaros that were lowered and they look beautiful. it really makes the thirdgen camaros look even sleeker and aggressive. (Id show you if i knew how to post pics) anyway, id just like to know how low? and if installing eibachs is a hard job? could i cut my springs too? i know you have to do a good job when you cut em or else my car will be lopsided like all the ricers out there. well thanks for the info guys!

If you cut the spings then you will bottom out every where becuase you will have small and soft springs. If you get lowering one they are small but stiffer to compesate for this, now when I tell you there is a harderd ride, I mean the is a HARDER ride I have 2" lowering one that came with the car and it have a much stiffer ride and it is VERY hard to drive the thing around western NJ. You also have to VERY careful of things you drive over even if you think you can make it, I just broke a rockerpanel because of that.

haha your the one! haha sorry to scare ya but i have the same pic of your car that you have in your sig and ive been looking for you so i could ask questions and compliment you on your nice iroc. wow im suprised i found you so easily. anwyays, i was thinking of getting eibachs but i dont know how low to go. 2 inches sounds like alot and also sounds like you hit everything. my friend has a 97 RS with the gfx and that thing scrapes the front spoiler everytime. what do you guys suggest i know ill prob. scrape the front sometimes but i guess you have to live with it if you want the car lowered. Thanks
