I am about to buy an 89 iroc. its maroon with gray interior. it has no decals or striping however. i would like to know what color to make the stripes. i would assume silver since the gray interior. but idk. also the rocker pannels and rear bumper cover get these since its an 89 right?

Re: Decals and Striping
a dark gray or dark silver looks really good on maroon cars. or even white

Not a Maroon color but will give you a idea of what the rocker panel ,and rear emblem will look like in silver. .The large IROC door decal is not a stock color. I wanted black so bought them off eBay. By the way that's a "89" with gray interior

Re: Decals and Striping
Those Rocker Panel and rear Bumper Emblems are clear plastic thats about 1/8 thick with the "IROC-Z" molded into the backside. They fit in and flush with the Rocker Panel and the same with the rear. I bought that same set but from a different company. As far as I know they are a exact reproduction of the originals.
