wire tuck
wire tuck
I will hopefully soon be doing a 350 swap and want my engine bay to look more cleaned up than what it does right now. Ive seen a couple people post about doing a "wire tuck" or hiding most of the wires under the hood. I was wondering how this is accomplished without having to cut every wire and extend them to hide them in the far corners of the engine bay.

Re: wire tuck
Are you carbing your car or is gonna be tpi/tbi? Because <technically> you can cut every wire out of your engine bay except the ones for the battery/starter/ignition. Do I recommend that? Of course not. As for wire tucking alot of it does involve lengthening the wire and finding good places to hide it.
And I just saw TPI in you sig so Im assuming youre keeping it. Honestly I have seen TPI engine bays so clean I wondered how it ran. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

yes i will be keeping the tpi set up. I have seen the same on this siteand was really curious. i would prefer to NOT cut all the wires. my father's suggestion is to just get a bunch of conduit and just shove all the wires into as few conduits as i can. i was just wondering if there was another way that people were doing it.

Re: wire tuck
Not exactly a wire tuck but here are some ideas for dressing up the wire bundles.

To do a proper wire tuck you will have to cut wires.
