I am tired of not being able to see when I drive home at midnight after work. I live in an area where there are just a couple street lights and it is so hard to see with my stock headlights. I was wondering if these set of HID lights would work with the factory head light wiring? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/6000K...ht_6291wt_1165

Wow that looks like a great alternative to making your own housings. I may get a set myself. Maybe someone can jump in and give some input on the type of bulbs being used, that already has projector hid's?

What housings did you buy? Sorry Im still new to this. Do they sell a kit or something that will work with the stock wiring and stuff?

Nothing will work with the shabby stock wiring. You will need to get direct battery juice for any light upgrade, and then use the stock wiring to activate relays to supply the battery juice directly to the new lights, and rewire that with larger guage wiring (from battery to relays and relays to lights).
Thanks for explaining what you have to do. I will defiantly look into doing this upgrade.

For my 87, I bought the wiring harness which was recommended. After I installed all my lights I then upgraded all the battery/alt wiring to 2 guage and all the smaller wires to 8 guage. i am happy with this setup...beats the stk lights by a long shot. I also installed Hella oval fogs in my grill. I think my light housing are 7x6 not 4x6 to.

Tell me thats not a ferrari kit. SMH
