Car: 1990 IROC-Z (De-Badged-Carbon Hood)
Engine: Superram 383
Transmission: T-56 w/upgraded Viper Internals
Axle/Gears: 3.73 18x8 and 18x11 irocs
Carbon Hood Modification
New mood for my carbon hood.
As many of you know, I did this same mod on my steel hood some time ago.
Only difference now is that the carbon hood is about 40lbs lighter!

Where on earth did you find a carbon fiber IROC hood?? Thats frickin sweet!!

Looks impressive!
That is some good fabrication work.
It's hardly noticable, but it appears to be 2 sheets of CF fiber going over the width of the hood.
Also looks plenty thick at about 1/4".
What does the inside of the hood look like?

That looks great!!! Make sure to post a pic on the car. I have thought about going carbon fiber with mine, and using the blisters on it... maybe even functional style
