Best grit Sandpaper to wetsand Clear coat?
I was thinking either 1500 or 2000. I just wanted to make my car shine better and try to blend in the touch up paint spots. Anyone give me steps? Thanks

I'd say 2k. And All I would say is be careful. Its easier to sand through clear coat than some people seem to think

3M makes an oxidation remover called microfinish,if you are using buffer be real careful. And the car has to be spotless clean, including old wax.panhead

Try 3M microfinish*/.It's an oxidation remover first, maybe.DONT use an electric buffer, and the car has to spotless, including old wax.Sanding clearcoat is tricky under the best of circumstances.panhead
