Listen up guys, I have found it evident that you are just ripping on OEJ for the simple fact that everyone else is. If you actually sit down and talk to him, he is probably one of the coolest people you could ever talk to. He respects me because I am nice to him, and don't call him very obscene names. He comes to me with technical help, and I also respect him enough to give it to him. I've also found it quite evident that whenever he wanted help other people would start flaming him right out in the middle of nowhere. I know he isn't absolutely innocent, he needs to calm his nerves (*take a deeeeeeeeeeeeep breath*), and maybe think about what the people are going to say when he does make fun of their ride. Do you think he hasn't nitpicked at my ride? I can just learn to deal with it, even if it was in a destructive kind of way. But, that's his way of getting his opinion out. Notice he respects other people that are respectful to him. Now, I know I am going to get flamed for standing up for a friend...but I don't care. It shows maturity to stick up for somebody that has been somewhat of a scapegoat, and is not liked by too many people. I know you will probably try to hurt my feelings with some sort of mundane retort, saying that my mom is the fattest b$%#h alive, and I should burn in hell for being friends with Anthony. If I didn't have my bird anymore (because I don't have it anymore), he would still be the same. I got a 88 Mustang GT with T-tops. He wasn't like "eeeew, rustangs suck!" Like some other people would be like. I like my Mustang. It is a hell of a lot faster than most 3rd gens I've driven, and it has killed a IROC 350. Someday, I will get another f-body...but for now, I'll stick with this Mustang.

well... OEJ all I have to say is that I never tried to change my car's color. but I did play with photo shop and got a odd looking yellow.

looks like photoshop to me. the interior doesn't even match. and it may not be the perfect yellow but it does give a good idea. next time I'll go paint a thirdgen yellow and stick an SS hood on it, then take a pic for you just so it's legit and it doesn't look like crap.


and I'm sorry my hood seems to look faded in pics, it wasn't painted professionally, it was painted in my garage with the proper paint tools. it was my first attempt, it's like taking the clear out of a paintjob, it's the right color and all but it doesn't shine perfect like the rest of the car.

and you do need to chill, because a while back alot of people used to RAG on monkie. I did too once. but he's matured, and he's gotten wiser, and in my opinion, a much nicer person. even Kyle doesn't rag on monkie anymore. why, because he doesn't come off as a jerk. I'm sure you aren't a jerk in real life, I'm not, and the reason I've been giving you flak, is because too many people seem deeply hurt by your comments. 85maro seems to have been hurt by your actions. and his car may seem ******* because the pre-87 non GFX models are plentiful and cheap, and usually haven't been taken care of, and most are used to drop a big motor in. that's what I see where I live too. it gives it a ******* persona, just because it's not a IROC, a Z, a formula, or a TA/GTA but yet it can go faster in a straight line then them. don't blame 85maro for his car being ******* looking, blame smokey and the bandit for being a total hick behind the wheel of a nice TA.

who the heck cares about what a car looks like, i sure don't. When my engine gets back from my engine builder (who builds race car engines) It will be a good 12 second car, I would rather have my white with gray primer 12 second camaro then a lo3 tbi $3000 paint job car that runs high 15's. DOn't get me wrong though, I am going to get a paint job, but engine comes first, and my friends 88 SC LO3 Camaro is a pretty nice car too. But as long as you have the power to back you up, who cares if your car has a bra, or crome mags, or no ground effects. Personally, I like the 85 camaro, and I can relate to him, I am doing my car from paycheck to paycheck, so sure it's not going to look like a show car 100% of the time, but as long as you have a goal in mind thats all that matters.

I wouldnt give up my IROC for the world. I wouldnt trade my IROC for a brand new LS1. Only way I am getting a lt1/ls1 is when I save up for one after I pay off my IROC. Which isnt too far away.

Yes, an LO3 has 213 flywheel horsepower. Did you not know that? I changed my own O2 sensor, but it was welded on. Oooh big deal. My check engine light comes on when the car is on but the engine is off- is that normal?I'm not getting any new rims because the car is being sold. Why would I put $1000 into the car getting only $20 back from it? Moron. And finally, yes, my car came without a driver's side cup holder. I haven't really looked for a new one. I had a 4thgen ('94) Camaro and it wasn't all that. It was nice, but no nicer than my '91 RS. My RS is the 4th 3rdgen (7th Camaro overall) that I've owned. I just like the looks of a well cared for 3rdgen (Like Macs RS above, nice car man!) Trust me, a couple years after getting a 4thgen, you'll be bitching about it too. I know from experience.
