Playboy Bunnies? I wanna see some pics... (not naked women)

Just wondering... how appropriate would a giant playboy bunny be on the hood of a black firebird? Has anybody done this or something similar?

Would it just upset all the old ladies out there etc?

Post pics if you have them...

In my opinion it would be tacky, and you would really want to love playboy if you're going to put it all over your hood!

I agree - a) it will look juvenile. b)It won't last too long before it starts to peel. c)If you DO wish to remove it, you've got a helluva mess on your hands. (If it's a quality decal)

If you really want to do it, you should buy a Caddilac Escalade and put 20 inch blades on it. LOL

Do whatever YOU want. Personally, I wouldn't because "the bunny" was 70's, 80's thing. BUT, before I did my total restoration on my 83 TA I drove around with a skull and crossbones on my hood for 3 weeks!! By the way the picture was taken DURING hurricane Andrew, hence all the water. Oh to be young and stupid.

I would like to second the suggestion of the "Tom Green Slutmobile" mural. This would really be the ultimate hood mural for your car,and since Tom's parents made him remove it from their car, it would be unique as well!
Post some pics when you're finished,so I can hang one on my garage's "wall of shame"

Don't worry guys I don't have the money... plus all of my female friends would probably kill me... I was mostly curious. If any of you have caught on I like to come up with the expensive ideas, not the cash for them.

Yeah I was joking really it's not a cool thing. Imagine going on a first date and you drive up to your girls house and her dad meets you at the door. Then sees your car with the BIG bunny then he thinks "he's not screwing my daughter!" Then slams the door in your face "BLAM!". That would be bad.

It might be more frightening if he invited you in after seeing it.

On a side note, there is a guy with a black camaro that I saw in my town with a picture of a clown skull face thing on the hood. It looks ok. I think it was a fourthgen though.

Too bad playboy offends so many people, I like the symbol... As I am an airplane enthusiast it reminds me of WWII nose art and also the numerous SR-71 "Blackbirds" which had it drawn on their tails in chalk (the fastest spy plane ever in production for those less familiar) back in the 70's. It gives me that living on the edge traveling at many times the speed of sound feeling... Anyhow, I don't have to worry about girlfriend's parents here at college. Just that most people I know would look down on it. Don't matter though I couldn't bring myself to do it to such a respectable car.

I'd still love to build a pimped out Monte Carlo*... That would really get the goat of the uptight yuppies driving around in their big *** SUV's.

Life is all about humor guys...

*"pimped out Monte Carlo" will be kown as a Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport of the third Generation with the following modifications herin: lowered 2", metalic plumb exterior paint, red crushed velvet upholstry, quad 12" subwoofers, 50 CD changer, #5 tint all around, gold 12" 100 spoked rims, whitewall 195/70R12 tires, gold window trim, gold dipped emblems and a gold 8" dia chainlink steering wheel.

First I think the idea may not be all that bad, but it's the location of your idea. I think if you really want to go with it, maybe think of putting a decal of it on the rear hatch. Personally I wouldn't do it anywhere, but I think on the hatch would be best.

It's a cool logo, but I can't think of anywhere on a thirgen it would look ok. Now, me and the guys on my old hockey team found some really cool 3 1/2" or so holographic playboy bunny stickers and added them to our black helmets. Everyone that saw them wanted to know where they could get them.
