Well, I don't exactly have a rack in my garage to put it up on to take a picture of the exhaust...lol. There are no cats on the car. It is a true dual exhaust. It goes from shorty headers to 3" pipes with Moroso spiral mufflers. The exhaust looks like a dual cat system, but they do not join together. They are two 3" pipes ran side by side in the tunnel. The mufflers look like short glasspacks. They are about 4" in diameter with 3" inlet/outlets.

with your 1/8 times being 8.5,do you think it runs high 12s in the 1/4?,with some drag radials you should run low 12s,hooking up must be hell with the stick and 4.10s,have you run it with the bottle yet?

I think with the right launch it should be good for high 12's. Remember, that 8.58 was with a 2.29 60ft. The problem that night was that is was breaking the tires loose at the top of 1st gear, then it would spin even worse in 2nd gear. I only ran it a couple times. The mph helps a lot on the big end. I would bet that I could get some 8.30's at 90mph on a better day. That would be good enough for 12.80-12.90's at 112-114mph on street tires. I am sure that low 12's are possible with drag radials, and maybe some high 11's are possible on slicks. I have not run the bottle yet. I just finished hooking it up, but I haven't filled the bottle yet.

Just bringing this to the top so it will be next to the exhaust post. Want people to see a car to go with the exhaust pictures.

I don't have any problems bottoming out the exhaust because I welded some "drag brakes" to the bottom of the subframe. If something bottoms out, it is that...it saves the oil pan and exhaust.

I have friends in high places when it comes to an inspection sticker. There are no cats on the car, so no, it will not pass emmisions.

Well they are all right, just not my style. I'm the kind of person that only likes 5 stars, solid welds or the kind with the holes in a circle pattern. The rest of the car is perfect.

Fully ported Dart Iron Eagle heads w/ Manley Pro Flow valves, Competition Cams Hydraulic Roller set up, Competition Cams 1.6 ratio lightweight roller rockers, 11:1 compression, free floating, lightweight pistons, ported Victor Jr. Intake, Holley 750 carb., AFR hydra-rev kit, Fluid Dampner balancer, etc. Everyone knows that horsepower is in the heads, and mine are done right. They flow better than AFR 195's.

The tranny is strong. I have seen T-56's hold up behind much faster cars than mine. The rear end will hold up too as long as I don't try launching it at the track with slicks.

What I want to know is how much gas does it suck down. With that 750 and all those performace parts it must be you weekend driver... Unless you were to live and work at a gas station which gave you free gas as a benifit.

It actually gets pretty good mileage with the double overdrive. I cruise at 70mph at about 1800 rpm's. I don't know exactly how good because the speedo does not work ever since the 6-speed was installed. It is not my daily driver anyways. I can drive to the track, race all night, and drive home on 1/2 a tank. That is about 80 miles in each direction.

Is that estimated 500 hp before or after nitrous? Also, what kind of mileage do you get eith that combo?

That HP is before NOS. It would make 500hp to the ground with NOS. I don't know the exact mileage though...the speedo does not work. I would guess somewhere between 16-20mpg on the highway.

I have run it at the track twice. The first time was 1/4 mile and they weren't giving timeslips because it was a "true street" night. It was like street racing at the track. I can only judge how it ran because I raced a Mustang that had run a 12.60 @ 107mph and I beat him by 3 lengths...that is after catching and passing him. My car spins really bad in 1st and 2nd. The second time was an 1/8 mile track and I ran a best of an 8.58 @ 88mph...that was with a 2.29 60ft and spinning all the way through 1st and 2nd. Oh, and I never had any intensions of fixing the speedo. I am trying to sell it and I don't want to put more $$$ in it before I sell it. I know they make a conversion kit that lets the speedo work with a T-56 tranny, but I never bothered to get it.
