Is there anyway to make the hood blisters functional without having any water or anything coming into the hood form the outside??

This winter i am garaging my car and i want to do all the very cheap and free mods i can... any ideas would be great as well as how to do any of ur ideas with the tools needed.

I dont think you could make it work without cuttin the hood but they would make good heat extractors.

 

someone has done it. I forget who. I was gona but Im getting a 3inch cowl instead

I've done the mod to the blisters to make them functional.
I cut out the blisters and glued a screen in there, next I cut two holes very forward in the hood so any water would drain just aft of the radiator.
