Very nice car man. Too bad these sorts of projects are never really done right? Orange in any shade is one color that I hate, but you can really see the ammount of work that went into your car. Very impressive and smooth as glass. Now, you just need a procharged 383, a beefy tranny and rear-end, lowering springs, and you're *** to go.

PS. That dog reminds me of the dog in Road Trip. "Hey. Tell that b***h to make me some blueberry pancakes."

i think jucin is obviously confused on those rims.i think that besides how high the car is right now,it looks sweet as hell, especially with the whole 4th gen theme goin on.i lowered your car in photoshop and it looked sweet as he11!!cant wait to see it once you lower it.its almost winter anyways,so its not the most important ihng to worry about right now.just my 2 lincolns worth!

boy i love these cars, so many things u can do to them, let fyrbirds car be a lesson to the guys with 3rd gens in need of TLC, with careful planning, the right mods and a full time job (know from experience[work sux :]) u can have a third gen nicer than a 4th gen, tell me 86 bird(and forgive me again for the questions) but who did the work for you? 5 grand isnt bad, mine would have cost me around 3500/4000 but like i said my body shop guy has been afriend of my dad for a long time so i got a deal. Also i like that spoiler, what did u think of the quality of it? did it come with the enitire hatch back assembly? glass and all? i hate to be a PITA but can u give me the web site for skulte and the one for the hood/spoiler?? thanx man i appriciate it.

PS i also agree with zepher the profile is to low, go with the 245 50 16 next time around, maybe even a 255 depending on who makes the tire

what ever happened to smooth lines, without buldges here and giant scoops and fins there?

https://www.thirdgen.org/rides/index...ew&rideid=1500

P.S-your rim/tire combo is WAY to small. Go with a 17+" wheel with a tire height of about 25.5-26".

P.P.S. - LOWER the thing fer chrissake go with belltech 2" spindles in front and 1.5 inch lowering springs in the rear.

Why doesn't everyone stop telling him what to do to it, and just complement it, or say you don't like it. I think that if he wanted to do half the things he's been told to do in this post, he would have done them

mello i do agree with u more than n e one, look in my sig, notice my way of doing a third gen is kepping things smooth and strait. i am also a big stickler on origionality, the reason i asked about all this is becouse i bought yet another (more details in seperate post next week) trans am, and i kinda want to customize this one a bit, with the red and yellow one i left them in mostly stock formation, no color changes, no custom body parts no 18 inch wheels. when i do a thirdgen i like to highlight what makes it a nice car, its body lines, WS.6 wheels for the generation of the car ect....n e one can bolt on a custom hood/spoiler and have a slick ride but hoiw many can turn more heads with a car useing parts only available from the GM dealer? i know i can, but much respect is givin 86bird on a quality job but its not entirely my thing, though that might change with the ta i bought, we will see.......

Great car man. It looks badass and I can tell you put a lot of work into it. Do you have plans to have it featured in any magazines?

Its not taken as critcism but honestly, how many 4th gens do you see a day, how many 3rd gens, and how many have you ever seen like mine? Its different, and actually I like mine more than a 4th gen now.

Man, your car looks AWESOME and don't let anyone tell you differently..... When I get done makin mine fast, I am going to get; one of the lower profile Ram Air hoods (so I can make it functional - I like your style hood a lot as well, though ), same 4th gen wheels as yours but in 17x9, and a fiberglass aerowing look-alike..... I like the aerowing look....

Your car is definately one of, if not the, nicest lookin TAs I've seen.....
