Us Bird owners could really use a 4th gen rear bumper cover dont ya think, especially my car after all my other 4th gen themed stuff.

ChevyKen, heres the IROC with out the babe.
If this does not show up then I'll e-mail it
to you.

86 FyrBrd, Freehand is a vector-based software
which means it uses shape and objects and points (it's kind of like a CAD program).
What I do is scan my drawing in photoshop, save it as a grayscale TIFF. Then Import in to
Freehand. Then using the Bezigon tool in the tool palette I began to redraw the graphic in
freehand. Then I color with the color palette.
Go to Macromedia's website I'll bet they have
some step-by-step movies to help you out. Freehand is pretty complex, I had to take a couple classes to learn how to use it.

That's some cool stuff. I really like the wire frame camaro one. I'm just the opposite from you. I can draw pretty good by hand but can't do crap on the computer. I do a lot better drawing organic stuff like people, animals, etc, than stuff with hard edges like cars. Not sure why that is.

These weren't as much a result of art as much as me trying to get a new Instant Messanger icon. The red SC is my old car (minus the wheel stand ) and the black IROC is my current car. Feel free to use them if you want. Just click to apply it.

thats a cool concept, but IMHO, not for a f-body

i'm not knocking it, but i think the f-body should allways be front-engine/rear wheel drive

cool car though

maybe if you can change it to a front engine design.............

WoW!, nosaint that concept car is way cool!
Do you work for General Motors in there
concepts department, if not you should. I'd buy that Trans Am.

Scott's 85 T/A is pretty sweet too.
Scott what program did you colorize that in?

Thanks guys, i suppose by looking at the hood slope of my fifth gen it would appear to be a rear engine, but thats better than no third gen at all right? or maybe a front engine, front wheel drive???

Actually i heard a rumor a long time ago that they were toying around with mid/rear engine design to ignite interest. Who knows?

They did some developement work when designing the 3rd gens, but tossed the mid-engine design when they determined that it would only be feasible to use a six-cylinder as the largest engine. Thank G o d.

i figured i would take NoSaints idea a step further

cuz IMO it looks awesome the way he did it

so i figured i would do a camaro version

his version was something i was trying to comeup with for a while

kinda like a 1st gen meets a 3rd meets a 4th kinda thingy

he's my mods to NoSaints' version:

not trying to make anyone one mad

i just wanted to see what my take would look like of his idea

give NoSaint the credit for this though
