It's a work in progress but has come a long way. I bought this car in pieces. The motor was greasy and sitting on a pallet when I picked her up. This is how she sits today.

I have to agree, the look of the TPI is definitely my favorite. Heres a few pics of mine in my 86 IROC. Motor is an L98, and done to look original with the original intake and TPI from from the 305. Spent a lot of time fixing coolant leaks and getting it just right. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Here is a pic of my sweet TPI in my 86 TA. I love the looks of the TPI for sure. Better when I get my Ram Air Filter setup to go with my Ram Air hood. Cheers......

Out of all the nice air intakes I've seen IMO this style seems to be one of the better for transferring cool air . If I did not have a cowl hood than this is what I would run slightly modified for TBI.

even when there 100% clean and new i still hate how sloppy and crowded that engine bay looks. cant wait to redo mine.

this is a recent pic. 91 Camaro converted to a s/d tpi. however I just removed the serpentine drive in favor of a new alternator and power steering mount. before and after.

I cant be happier with how mine turned out. It may not have came from the factory like this, but I made it look like it did.
