Junk Yard Grid Taillights Restoration!

I was restoring my taillights today, I have had them on for a while now, I got them off of a purple haze 92 rs in a junkyard. They looked really good after some cleaning when I got them, but I wanted them done right. So today I pulled them and used a turtle wax headlight resto kit and some plastidip, turned out fantastic!

Before: the lenses didnt look bad because I had quickly buffed them once before

Taping sucked lol

Finished

And back on the car, really happy with the results

Looks awesome, great job. Good idea w/ plastidip.

Did you do any thing to the inside / backside of lenses?

Good job dude they look awesome.

But why did you decide to use plasti dip instead of paint?
