Anyone here use Simple Green?

I have been using this stuff for years and it works great taking oil out of anything. Any time I would get oil/grease all over my car from working on it this stuff would wipe it off almost instantly. I even used it as a hand cleaner.

Now I went to restock and found none at the local parts store. I didn't think anything of it so I bought the Armour all multi cleaner which turned out to be garbage. I went to another location a few days later and there was no Simple Green on the shelf. A woman behind the counter said they weren't making it any more and that she would check the back for old stock. She found 4 bottles all marked down by $3 so I bought them all.

Anyone know if its still around?

Re: Anyone here use Simple Green?

i see it from time to time you can use it on about anything really, love the stuff whenever my dad would buy a new car hed strip the carpet out and soak it in simple green and then powerwash it real quick and it always came out tons better than how it went in, i used it in a last ditch effort to clean an engine block once as i ran out of purple power, worked decently, the purple power or zepps cleaner worked alot better though. usually for fabrics ill use simple green and nothing else.

You got a great price on it. I saw it at auto zone in a new bottle for 6 bucks. They had ample supply. How is it on vinyl?

Re: Anyone here use Simple Green?

No issue finding it here.

I fill a 5-gallon bucket with Simple Green and hot water and use it along with my air compressor (and a wand) to clean the underside of my car. Amazing.

You had me jump in my seat. NO MORE SIMPLE GREEN? I immediately looked it up. My stores are full and still restocking more. *Phew* Great stuff.
