Police B4C Package for a 1991 Camaro?
Do you guys know much about them? There is one for sale and I'm looking into it. This is the first time I heard of the police package and the additional benefits it came with. This is the car, http://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/cto/4557219620.html
Can you guys let me know if this Camaro is that much more valuable, or if it wouldn't be worth it for the purchase.

For what I can see,the car is beautiful,for $3500,I would buy it with or without the B4C package.
