Tips to color match/blend/repair frt bumper
I have a single stage red painted camaro over a original clear coat.
on the driver side roof between t and hatch and little down the driver b pillar they single stage is gone and the read clear is damaged.
few small rust bubbles on the A pillar near windshield and minor cracking near rear lower bumpers behind the rear wheels.
roof doors fenders and quarters all look ok dent and ding free. The front lower valence bumper is all chipped as usual.
I did a single stage restore and 95% of the car color came back and popped except for small damage on roof standing out and front bumper. I am having fun restoring other parts and before I spend money on a full strip and repaint I like to try to restore the paint again with better products and rattle can a few areas to cover major blemishes for now.
Anyone have tips on how/where to match paint and blend damaged areas.
I think the front pumper I can just repair with light sanding and some plastic bondo sand and since it is the front just paint the whole area taped off and blending wouldnt be that noticeable.
Before

after

See front bumper sticks out and small spots on rear plastic bumper.
Also the side moldings I want to rip off but not sure if I can sand and repaint at home after removal. they are falling off on the driver side and look crappy.
