I got 16” x 8 on my camaro …. , but will 4th gen wheels with 245/ 50/ 16" fit without spacers? If so, what opinions do you have of chrome 99 Z28 wheels?

 

Nope, you need spacers still, the offset is different. I think its 1 1/4" in the rear and 2 1/4" in the front. They are expensive though. I got a 4th gen rear since I had my rims on so my rear adapters are available, check out this post
