Hi, I bought a brand new set of Streetglow gold series underbody neons last year off ebay, and last week one of my bulbs broke. I know they have a lifetime warrentee even for breakage, but my problem is I don't know how to go about to get a new one. I don't remember the email of the person I won them off of, or have any record of it still. It was over a year ago. Does anyone know how I can get a new bulb from Streetglow? Please, no rice comments either. Thank you.

Look for a phone # to call, my neighbor returns street glow stuff all the time. If you want I'll try and get the # from him. They'll UPS the replacement right to your door usually in about a week.

this lady christina laub will contact u and tell ya where to send it. Be sure to ask for the street spelling..mine was wrong cuz she kinda mumbles on the fone. You may have to wait a wile for your bulbs, mine were on back order and i think i waited a good month or so to get mine. Good luck
