One Question, One Comment
...first the question - what would be the best way to go about removing the pinstriping on an '88 'Bird? (see signature). I'm not sure if I'd like to redo the striping or leave it off, I guess I'll see...
And the coment is a small one - damn, I love these Mothers' products! I felt sorry for my Bird out in the snow, slush and such, so I gave it it's standard bi-daily winter wash, and a quick Mother's California Gold waxing....wow, it looks great! Of course it'll be coated in dirt and such by the time I'm on my return trip from college, but...for now....

I would wait till spring to take off the pin stripes.
Its cold as hell out, and well they would be a big pain in the butt to get off... Wail for a nice warm day, and grab a heat gun too. Also, when theyre removed, your gonna wanna polish, and wax the area where they were.
Good Luck!
